Raciva does not require account registration or collect personal identity information such as your real name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

The information processed by the App includes:

• Local Game Progress & Data: Your high scores, distance records, earned in-game coins, unlocked bikes, and game settings (audio, haptics) are stored locally on your device using Android's secure Room Database and DataStore. This data never leaves your device unless you backup your phone.
• Advertising & Device Identifiers: To serve advertisements, third-party advertising SDKs (Google AdMob) automatically collect non-personally identifiable technical information, including:
  • Google Advertising ID (GAID / AD_ID)
  • Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version
  • IP address (used to infer coarse/approximate country-level location for localized ads)
  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, completed rewarded video views)

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display in-game advertisements (rewarded ads for bonus coins/revives, interstitial ads between races, and banners).

Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to measure ad performance and show personalized or non-personalized advertisements based on user consent.

For players located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, we implement Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK compliant with the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2).

Upon launching the App, you are presented with a consent form where you can choose whether to allow personalized advertising or receive non-personalized ads.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate measures to delete such data.

6. Device Permissions

Raciva requests only essential permissions necessary for gameplay and advertising:

• VIBRATE: Used solely to provide haptic feedback when bumping traffic, activating nitro, or crashing.
• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to load advertisements from Google AdMob and verify connectivity.
• AD_ID (Advertising ID): Required by Android 13+ to allow Google AdMob to deliver ads and prevent fraud.

7. Security of Your Data

We value your trust. All network transmissions by third-party advertising SDKs are conducted over encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS). Local game data is stored securely in private app sandboxed storage on your device.
